How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic shipping email as well with a tracking number. Keep an eye out for your tracking email in your main inbox or possibly your spam/junk folder.
 
How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?
We ship Monday - Friday. We will typically get orders shipped out between 24-48 hours of receiving the order (varies depending on sales or Limited Edition drops).
 
Are orders packaged discreetly?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packaging. No one will be able to tell what’s inside.
 
Is shipping free?
All US orders over $50 are shipped free of charge with USPS First Class Mail.
 
What is the difference between USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day & FedEx Overnight?
USPS First Class Mail (3-8 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), FedEx Ground (1-5 business days), FedEx 2day (2 business days) & FedEx Overnight (1 business day) are calculated from the following day your order ships, not from the purchase date. For example, if your order was received by USPS on Monday, Tuesday is the first business day "in transit". Weekends are not counted as business days. There may be delays for both carrier services especially due to COVID and also during the holidays.
 
Why is my package stuck on "Pre-Shipment" or "Package Pending Acceptance"?
When the tracking shows as "Pre-Shipment" or "Package Pending Acceptance" that just means the package was picked up in a bulk order and only a single barcode gets scanned for the entire order rather than each individual package as that would unfortunately take far too long. We've been seeing this issue occur frequently lately and when this is the case we don't typically see the tracking update until either it gets scanned again at another facility or more frequently, closer to the day of delivery.
 
Do you ship outside of the US?
We ship worldwide! For international orders, we use USPS International shipping (8-14 business days) and FedEx International (2-7 business days) although shipping times are not guaranteed as it depends on the country and how long it takes for the package to clear customs. We do recommend looking into the customs and import restrictions for the country you live in to assure you are able to receive the product once we ship it out. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
 
I entered the wrong address for my order. What can I do?
If your order has not been shipped please send an email immediately to support@mjarsenal.com, we will do our best to get to the order before it ships but we cannot guarantee it. To expedite this process, please make sure to include your 5/6 digit order number in your email message.

What is SavedBy Shipping Insurance?
 
We know how frustrating it can be if your order is lost in transit, arrives broken or maybe even is stolen from your porch. For these reasons, we offer SavedBy Shipping Insurance to protect your package while it is in transit to you. If in any case your order is lost in transit, stolen or arrives damaged, you can file a claim using the link below to resolve your issue and request a reshipment free of charge or a full refund.
 
 
SavedBy Shipping Insurance is required for all replacement/refund claims. The insurance must be added to your cart prior to order completion. Once your order is insured, your order will be protected against loss, theft, and damage. :)
