We also have models that fit either straightforward or angled dab nail joints. You should not clean your glass Proxy attachments in a dishwasher — hand cleaning is not a suggestion but a must. They also need careful maintenance to avoid unnecessary cracks or damage that come with the kind of care-free sessions MJA endorses.

When it comes to cleaning, you'll have to detach the glass piece of your proxy from other components, such as the joint stopper to get all the way through. Then, mix isopropyl alcohol with warm water. Use this mixture to rinse the glass piece of the attachments. For areas with resin and other debris, use cotton swabs to help scrub it off. Once you're done, rinse with lukewarm water and let the pieces air-dry.

Clean your attachments, as well as any other glass pieces, such as your dab rig, as often as possible.

It depends on whether you select to have your order sent via USPS First Class Mail (3-8 business days), USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), FedEx Ground (1-5 business days), FedEx 2Day (2 business days), or FedEx Overnight (1 business day).

It may also depend on your region, inside or outside the US, as international orders may take longer. Additionally, we usually ship products 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order (this can vary depending on sales).

If you live in the US, you can typically expect your order to reach you within a week to 10 days of your original purchase. Outside the US, you can expect your order to be delivered within the next two weeks.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if you have used our Proxy glass attachments. The reasons for this are both legal and hygienic. Regardless, if you have any issues with your product, please reach out to us and we'll help you however we can.

If you want to return an unused item, you can do so within 30 days of its delivery. Simply send an email to [email protected] and include your six-digit order number along with pictures of the unused items you want to return.
