I received a damaged / defective product. What do I do? (Must be reported within 15 days of delivery)
With each piece being handmade, unfortunately there might be a few pieces that slip through the cracks but we are here to help however we can. Please send over your 5/6 digit order number along with pictures or videos of the issue you're having with your product to [email protected] and we will see what we can do.
 
I received the wrong item. What do I do? (Must be reported within 5 days of delivery)
Please send over your 5/6 digit order number along with a pictures of everything you received in your package to [email protected]. Once we are provided this information, we will be able to process your claim.
 
I'm missing an item. What do I do? (Must be reported with 5 days of delivery)

I want to return an item. What do I do?
We accept returns for orders that was placed on our website within 30 days from when the item was delivered. Please send over your 6 digit order number along with a pictures of the unused items you want to return to [email protected].
 
USED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products for both legal and hygienic reasons. This is an industry standard across all online headshops and at smoke shops as well. With that said, we do encourage you to reach out if you are having an issue with your item and we will do our best to help however we can. :)

 
SavedBy Shipping Insurance is required for all replacement/refund claims. The insurance must be added to your cart prior to order completion. Once your order is insured, your order will be protected against loss, theft, and damage. :)
