How to Handle your Saturn Mini Water Pipes

To guarantee a smooth-sailing session, learning how to wield mini dab rigs properly is a must. Fortunately, the Saturn has an intuitive design, perfect for beginners and seasoned smokers alike.

Before You Start Your Session

Setting the scene before you dive in is key to keeping your sessions stress-free.

There's nothing worse than grabbing for your bowl and knocking into a mess. So, make sure you're lighting up on a flat surface, clear of clutter and debris.

Once you've cleared a space, gather all the essentials, like flower, concentrate, grinders, and any other MJA-compatible accessories. Just don't forget to have a big cup of water on hand.

Beginning Your Session

Now that you have your space in order, it's time to get the party started. Start by setting your mini pipe on a flat surface and inserting your bucket of choice (this collection includes an MJA 10mm quartz banger).

For flower users, collect your bud and grind it by hand or with a grinder until you have an even layer of flower. Place the ground bud into a flower bowl and insert it into the small hole of the downstem.

Now all that's left is to light up, breathe in, and sink into the high.

For concentrate users, sessions look slightly different. You'll need a banger or bucket to collect your dab and a carb cap to trap the vaporized substances. Place concentrate into your bucket using a steel tool and light the bottom of your banger to melt the dab.

Once the dab melts and starts smoking, pull in through the mouthpiece and place the cap over the top of the banger to create a seal and maximize flavor.

Though different types of mini water pipes may have additional or varied instructions, you can count on the basics to guide you through various pipes.

Keeping Your Water Pipes Clean

When maintaining clean mini bubblers and avoiding residue build-up, washing your glass rig frequently is a must. Start by rinsing your rig with hot water to loosen any debris, allowing water to soak for tougher grime.

I’ve been looking for quite awhile for a bong that my gf and I would love. Scouring through the internet I come upon this neat little thing and holy cow is it the most smoothest bong rips I’ve ever come across. It’s sooo smooth that my gf won’t let go of it! Its pretty cool looking and the way it pulls from the center and percolates from the bottom is pretty cool. I thought it was going to be taller but it doesn't effect it's performance. It rips pretty good and is smooth. The hole in the center is a great handle to carry it around. I can walk out to the patio with no worry of dropping it. The iridescent is also very cool looking in the sunlight. It's a great small handheld bong.

10/10 piece. i love this brand and this is my 3rd piece. only and i mean only downside is i cant get a 10mm slide at my local headshop and i have to wait for shipping for the website one but its only $10. i picked this piece up from the mentioned headshop for $65 and is the best bang for my buck ive ever gotten on a piece. could absolutely use this thing as a rig too the airflow is fantastic. and super duper easy to clean.

Hey there, reader of reviews, welcome to my tale of love, loss, and a free bong. This past April, I purchased the MJA x Alchemy Titan Amethyst mini rig & it is just amazing. Unfortunately some of the Amethyst came off upon my first use. I had DMed them on Instagram, which Im sure isn’t the proper way to get in contact, but they still responded to me within the hour- which is something I wasn’t expecting after dealing with some other retailers even after going through proper channels. I got in touch with customer service and they told me they would fix this problem immediately, and offer me any mini rig/waterpipe free of charge to keep me happy while they work on replacing my Titan. This is truly such a kind gesture and is highly appreciated, I was so grateful and happily chose the Saturn waterpipe, which is where we are now. This thing is just beautiful, the base is supaa thick & just the whole thing in general is quite sturdy. I’m gonna be worried about whatever bong I bump this into as I set it down, not the other way around. The design is something unique and is a little bit of an art piece that also melts your face, how convenient. The bowl piece that comes with this is a cute lil 45° angled, cone shaped bowl that reminds me of a Bugel. It’s tiny, but it’s got some depth to it- and everything is tiny in the MJA universe, so. You also get a little thumb-sized notch in the neck of the piece that acts as an ice catcher so you may stuff the barrel with ice if you so choose.

There is so much to love about the Saturn! The fit/feel of it in the hand is natural and the center hole makes for the most positive grip you can get on a piece! The filtration function is spot on! The pull is smooth and it clears easily. I honestly would LOVE to see more of this type of pipe, the ring is awesome! It would be interesting to see if there could be an upgrade to the 3 hole diffusion?(for an upgraded price, of course!) Just love the concept and function, can’t really think of any other way it could be improved upon other than more model variants! Hate saying I like it better than the Cache, it just “fits” me better if that makes sense? Last thing would be just to make sure to change the water a bit more frequently…There’s less of it so it heats up a bit quicker than other bongs! It’s also the perfect size to leave it chilling in the fridge for a few hours before a super smooth and frosty nightcap! And much love for the angled joint bowl!!

Beautiful piece! The design is perfect. The bowl packs a good amount of flower. Easy to clean and def easy to transport around. You can carry it around in the original box it comes in or a backpack, make sure to wrap in a towel lol. The best part is the open center in the middle because you can wrap your fingers around the piece securely.

Yeah, I know Saturn is a planet. ;) Compact, action is very satisfying. The smoke travel is actually very neat to see due to the unique way it travels through the glass. Hits are very smooth and enjoyable. Included bowl takes small basket screens really well! I wish it was 14mm for my vapes and other bowls, but that's what adapters are for I suppose! The Saturn is small, so you'll need to crush ice or have really tiny ice cubes, but it works great! Even with water well past the recommended fill line, it does not splash up into your mouth (as long as you don't rip it super hard). I love holding it with my index finger going through the hole in the center. Feels VERY stable and unlikely to be dropped! Very easy to clean. ISO soak and a bristly pipe cleaner had her looking like new. Easy enough to feed the pipe cleaner through the joint and into the inner ring. I see no problems keeping this piece looking brand new over the long haul. Excellent quality overall. This piece is a true pleasure.
